No items that were purchased ON SALE may be returned or exchanged - No Exceptions!
No Returns or Refunds are accepted unless of course the item proves to be faulty.
We adhere to the Queensland Health Regulations to protect the health and personal hygiene of our customers.
Please carefully consider your wig colour and style before purchasing.
You accept the photos of products on our site are indicitive of the item only. From time to time, some items may vary from the photo shown due to variances in manufacturing and availability of stock.
All applications for exchange, due to faulty items only, must be submitted with 3 days of taking delivery. If the item is faulty, return postage is at customers expense and we will pay to post your new item out to you. The item must not have been worn and be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
