30 Day Easy Returns
Here at The Wig Outlet we aim to provide you with high quality wigs that you will love wearing, however we understand that occasionally things don't go as planned. (Parties get cancelled, you would prefer a blonde wig to black etc)
If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your item, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or a Store Credit Voucher for you to use anytime.
The items must not have been worn (a quick try-on is fine) and be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
If there is evidence of the product being worn or altered in any way (including cutting fibre or lace), or if tags/packaging are removed then your return will not be processed and will be returned at customers expense.
** Please note that only unopened wig cap packs can be returned/refunded.
JON RENAU RETURNS - There are additional conditions for JON RENAU range of wigs and hairpieces.
All Jon Renau Returns are subject to a $50 re-stocking fee per item. Jon Renau returns must be sent back to us promptly so we can ship them back to the USA in the timeframe required by Jon Renau. All tags & packaging must be returned with the wig or the return will not be accepted.
EVERYDAY WEAR WIGS RETURNS - There are additional conditions for all other wigs in our EVERYDAY WEAR WIGS wig range. (Excluding Jon Renau) View the wigs here.
All Returns of Everyday Wear Wigs are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee per item.

If these requirements are not satisfied The Wig Outlet reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for returned items.
All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.

Original postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are proved to be faulty. Please note The Wig Outlet is not responsible for shipping times or delays via Australia Post or DHL and refunds are not accepted for delays.
Return postage charges are at the customers expense unless the goods are proved to be faulty.
Differences in colour from the photos displayed on the website do not class as a fault, as variations may occur due to different fibre batches, flash photography, computer screen resolutions and colour settings. All care is taken to reflect the colours as accurately as possible.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Before returning an item you need to complete a Return Request Form.
To complete a Return Request Form please:
1. Log into your Account by clicking here
2. Select Completed Orders
3. Press the Return Item button for the corresponding item and complete the form
4. We will review your Return Request and reply quickly.
5. After you hear back from us, place your unworn item in the original packaging and post back to us.
6. We recommend you use a Trackable postage method in case your return package is lost in the mail.
If you have received a faulty item we would love to fix the problem immediately for you
Please call our friendly Customer Service Team on 1300 66 96 90 and we will aim to send you a replacement item the same day.
